Hi, does anyone know if theres a problem by mixing organic and chemical nutrients for flowering in soil? Im using fox farm big bloom (organic) and maxi bloom (chemical). Also using bud candy, rootz and extreme juice. Thanks in advance
If you're in soil you don't need the Maxi bloom at all. The bud candy is arguably useless and the other stuff I haven't heard about. The problem with chemical nutrients in organic soil is that the salts and chelates will destroy the beneficial microbes the soil contains. Without these microbes anaerobic "bad" bacteria can get a food hold and cause root rot and death of the plant. The best idea with soil is to use an organic friendly nutrient program that regularly supplements the beneficial bacteria and fungi present in the soil. All the nutrients your plant needs is locked up in the dirt. Don't add more crap and kill the benie's. Add more benies and use what you got.
