Was wondering if measure 80 passes in Oregon letting huge Industrial Hemp farms spring up all over the state. Could this effect outdoor grows? Would Oregon and Wash. turn into ditch weed states over time as well. I can only amagine what would happen if the farms down the way from me decided to grow hemp. Canada has just starting growing hemp right? Any news on this from you Canadian guys?
