I live in Eugene, OR and I'm 18. I was thinking about trying to grow a plant for recreational purposes, mostly I just wanna try growing a plant regardless of it being super successful. But I was wondering, what do I get charged with for possession of just one plant? Do I get an MIP?
Here in oregon recreationally we can grow four plants at home. It can't be publicly visible, from the street or parking lot. You can posses 8 ounces of smokeable weed, an ounce of concentrate and a pound of edibles. All legally if your 21 or over. I guess with you being 18 it's not legal and would probably be unwise for people to give you advice now.
Could get your parents locked up for neglect or endangerment or something. if you were a little younger lol.
