Say you order seeds and they get confiscated and they send it to your house...they know that you had illegal seeds in your mail...and if they wanted to couldnt they get a search warrant and search the address to where the seeds where shipped to? think about it, if they knew where the seeds where being sent too...if they wanted to they could just follow the address to where the grow would be and bust you? How would I set up a Po box with fake credentials so I dont get busted? how would I set up a safe address?
Supposedly you're assumed innocent since you cant be responsible for what a stranger sends you in the mail. Unless of course they have proof you bought them.
Don't use credit cards, and don't send to ur grow area! If they confiscated them, sometime they send a letter to the same address, saying they grabbed something.
