I've seen a lot of seed banks, on the city and elsewhere. I wondering if having seeds shipped to the states is legal.
I'm almost certain that it is illegal. That's why they're so careful to package it discreetly (at least the good ones do). From what I've read, if it gets caught going through customs, you'll just get a letter saying that someone tried to send you something illegal and that's all. I can't verify that though.
HIGH All, yes Illegel still....you'd get something like this and I'm sure if it ever happen just showing it to the Seed bank...they'd send free ones.

Yup. Definately illegal. BUT most don't get caught. They don't usually send snail mail through customs for scanning, so most make it here without a problem.
Hey Dude, I live in NW Indiana i was worried aobut sending lk 15$ in the mail n not getting ne thing back but do wat i did. I bought Nirvanan seeds form Dr. Chronic.com but make sure n read how to send the money and stuff i bought seedsfor only 15$ jsut incase everything got lost or caught i wouldnt lose so muhc money but yea i e-mailed him n he sent me noticies wehn he got my order n when he sent it out. Its not that hard acually kinda easy but yea jsut lk e-mail ther person u order the seeds fomr n get e-mail notices when they ship out ur seeds n when they get ur order.
