I went with Crop King Seeds and got them within a week, and all germinated so far! You should check them out.
I use truenorthseedbank.com there out of Ontario, little pricey but if you do a email transfer youll save a lot!

I got 3 envelopes of DEAD seeds, either because of FEDS, or since Canada is now legal, he doesn't need business from the States!
