Ordering from Iowa

Whats up everybody-

I recently tried to order a Color Changing Glass pipe on GrassCity, but everytime I was filling out my billing/shipping information and i put "Iowa" in the scroll down box, I got a pop-up saying that the item is undeliverable because of international legislation.

Just wondering why that is, when I did in fact order a Stone pipe through GrassCity with the exact same billing and shipping information as I was trying to enter for the Glass pipe.

Any words of wisdom?
