Hey everyone, I purchased a spoon off this site Thursday night and was told that it would take 24-48 hours to process my credit card and then the item would be shipped. It's been 5 days now, with no email confirmation as to my order, no progress or word from GrassCity. I logged in and viewed my current order which states that my credit card payment has "started". Is this how orders usually go? When can I expect my credit card to go through (billing/shipping address is the same)? Should I open a support request? Thanks in advance...
