Order problem

    Hi,
    Posted a few email requests about my order and have not yet received any response. My order #023681, was received by my friend on Wednesday, but it is incomplete. The $100 glass sherlock I ordered was not in the package, and the website lists the order as 'partial'. What does this mean and when can she expect the remainder of the order.

    I am still wondering what is going on with the rest of my order. I was told a few weeks ago that it would be shipped soon, and haven't heard anything. Any chance you could tell me when the other part of my order (023681) will be shipped?

    Sorry I missed this when you posted last time.. Just keep trying Support.. Maybe some one will get back to you soon..
