Hello, I ordered an item from grasscity a while ago and I followed the USPS tracking and everything and it said that it was delivered 1/27/11 at 1:20pm, however, it was not. It has been a while now that I have been waiting and I have contacted the local post office and they did not have my package or have any info about where it would be. I am pretty dissapointed that I payed grasscity over fifty dollars and did not receive my order. I also sent an online support request a while ago and have not been answered yet which is disappointing. I had a lot of confidence in ordering from you guys before this but I really regret my decision right now. Please help me if at all possible, I would really appreciate it.
hey man, sorry about your package and lack of response from support but they truly are the only ones that can help you with this matter. they are totally swamped right now but just give it some time and contact your post office in the meantime. make sure that someone actually looks for it, you'd be surprised. hope this gets sorted out soon
i could have orederd from edit but instead i wanted to support gc with my 200$ of hard earned money.... its now been "pre-shipping" for 6 buisness days..... what the FUCk you guys, seriously
Chill out dude, don't like it, don't order. It's a business and they're plently busy. Smoke a bowl and be patient.
If the USPS tracking said that it was delivered, then I can't imagine how it would be anyone's fault but USPS. GrassCity doesn't do the tracking, USPS does. They obviously had it in their possession and messed up the delivery somehow. Was there definitely someone home when they said it was delivered? Do you live in an apartment complex or a dorm or anything where it could have been taken to a main office instead? Do you live with anyone who could have signed for it and not given you the package? I'm just throwing out ideas here.
USPS would be the ones to blame on this one for sure. 123mardog, I shot you a PM. Your support ticket was responded to again today. Jd has some valid questions...especially when it comes to USPS.
