I ordered a bong and several things from the site but I just received an email saying it was about to ship, and now the order is gone from my account. I saw some other posts about this from around 2003 but i’m not sure it’s the same issue. Is this normal? Thanks.

Click the link that @ICGreen posted to get help with your order. If you do not receive any satisfactory help after a couple weeks, please post on the forums again, but unless the complaints get hidden, I personally haven't seen any issues aside from a long delivery time.
I tried that but it's a waste of time. No one got back to me and it's not like I can get my money back, so I want to make sure imma still get my shii. I even tried calling but it's a disconnected line.
