They look healthy. I don't know when you planted but if you planted around 6/1 they look to be about the right size. Wha are you plan for trellising and staking? Is this Orange Kush or Orange Cookies? It looks to be Orange Cookies.

Your plant looks like mine with the 5 fan leaves. Your plant (being in the ground) has the potential to grow to the 10' range with a 6'-7' diameter. These are mine and they have been in the ground since 5/29. Orange Cookies and Sunset Sherbet. Probably around 7'-8' in these pots with a 5' diameter. This photo was taken a week and 1/2 ago.
