Assuming medical bud becomes legal in NJ, I'd like to be one of the first in line for the rights to sell it. what steps need to be taken to get it? How much does it cost? Does anyone have information regarding what needed to be done in california? If it involves buying a license... what happens if there is some 'problem' and i could no longer sell... does i get money back? or is it all lost?
