I accidentily topped my plant. It's about 2' tall, very healthy and strong, deep into vegatative though, could be flowered. Should I be concerned? Will bud qty be dramatically reduced?
Topping is good if you want more budsites, just remember that you need to let it regain its former strength in veg . Hopefully you didnt go after it like Freddy Krueger
Pretty muck like Freddy. The whole top is gone. I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing then chop, the whole top was gone. I wanted to cry.
I don't think it should hurt it too much. You might loose a top cola or something down the line, but if the plant is strong and in veg, it should not only recover, but recover quickly. Good Luck!
Nice plants, good color. I think you will be fine, now put the scissors down and step away from the plant and everyone will be fine too.For your penance you must now sing "Wind beneath my wings" to them three times a day till they absolve you.
My last topping experiance didn't go well. It ended up making the plant flower male and I threw it out :/ Better luck on your experiance
