Ooops

    Hi all,
    I posted pics of my ladies in flower at day 43. I was wrong on my days. Today is day 49 of 12/12. I was using the wrong calendar. I was a week off. Today should have been day 56 but again used the wrong calendar. Here are some pics of day 49 not day 56. Dangit....

    almost ready. is that a lady bug? did they help?

    Yeah we're getting close. I have six ladies going. All in flower. Yes that's a lady bug. We had Thrips early on. We tried spraying three times but didn't like the way it left the ladies. So we added the lady bugs two times over a four week period and BAM. The Thrips were gone. I think we added probably 200 to 300 lady bugs. They're still hanging out, that was probably 4 weeks ago we did it last.

    cool... i almost always recommend predators instead of poison. that is one high lady bug. what a great life you have given that little bug...

    Nice grow and good move using the ladybugs. You using emergency blankets for reflection or what is that one the walls?

    Yes Kalabora, I bought mylar blankets from Walmart for my walls. I'm redoing the room for my next grow. I will have permanent side and end walls next time. We built the room to grow, it's 10x20 in our basement. This is our first grow.

    There lacking in nitrogen, get some nitro rich nutrience.

    Cool thought that was what it was. That's what I'm going to be using very soon. They work pretty good to reflect light and are cheap.

    Yeah the mylar was pretty cheap at Walmart. I didn't experience any of the problems I've read about using them. They worked perfectly. I had plenty of air movement so no hot spots.

    I have been adding nitro in 1/4 doses. Most of the grow was natural with no nutes, they're slowly coming to the end of their lovely lives. They lived a pampered life these lovely ladies of the field. Time to come home to papa....YUM

    I usually grow naturally. But if I do use nutes I won't use the until flowering unless it's a hydro grow of course but I rarely do any hydroponic work.

    I may try a little the next grow. We'll see how the yield and quality is this time.

    OH MY MY, it's almost time to harvest. We're at day 52 and 4 our ladies will be ready any day now. We'll be harvesting Sensi Star, Bubba Kush, Maui Waui and Skunk 3. Our Acapulco Gold and Panama Red still have a couple of weeks.

    The ladies are covered in crystals and are OH MY GOD!!!!! I'll post a couple of pics tonight.
