One's pupils while using ONLY cannabis?

    :smoking: So I read around and found out that smoking marijuana has no effects on your pupils. We usually associate "being high" with "large dilated pupils." Marijuana does nothing to our pupils. If this is so, then why does everything look so trippy at varying distances while high? I always look at my pupils and see they're fine, but my eyes throb and feel like they're being constricted every time I smoke. Then I look around in dim light and everything looks so distant and far away. What effect does marijuana have on our eyes? Is it our heart rate that causes our eyes to act this way?

    When I smoke, my pupils don't constrict quickly at all when in bright light, making it very annoying for me to be outside or go from a dark room to a bright room.. My pupils just don't respond as quickly as if I was sober.

    Your eyes feel that way because your having the smoke go into them.

    Thats the only thing I can conclude. Put the joint off to the side lmao.

    and I love the way things look high. Its great

    No, my virgin eyes would notice such a thing.

    I just notice anytime my mouth dries up my eyes follow suit, perhaps out of peer pressure.

    I have yet to establish any empirical evidence on this, but I assure you I'm a nice guy.

    my skills are obviously superior to your own..... My job involves actually doing nothing tho, so when you have to take a 5 min "work: break from gc to do some work, i remain here posting....hahaha

    The smoke isn't what makes your eyes red. Otherwise, you wouldn't get red eyes from vapes and most bongs.

    Yeah, I would have to say eyes being red is more along a parallel of mouth being dry.

    I just think your mouth gets dry when you get buzzed+
    But eyes are high+
    not necessarily stoned; just moderately high

    I thought of this, but everything is so distant and wobbly. As if I can't stop my eyes from moving around. Looks like I'm flying through a tunnel, you know?

    Our eyes and mouth become dry because we are dehydrated. Our metabolism is just sucking up every nutrient it can.

    lol weed relieves eye pressure meaning more blood can get in n out thats oxygen rich = red blood = red eyes
