  1. ...is hearing/reading stories of people that were wrongly convicted of a crime they never commited and are released after 10+ years. i just read one with this guy that got released after nearly 40 years.

like WHAT THE FUCK does the system say to them? "oh we're sorry but we just wasted more than half your life cause of our mistake"? idk man thats a fucking LIFE. L-Y-F-E MOTHERFUCKERS.lol like you cant return that niggga his time! a life literally WASTED. for NO reason. imagine all the things he couldnt do/didnt accomplish cause some dumbfucks agreed that he did something that he didnt do. how can some dumbasses have control over someones existence like that?
idk i just cant comprehend how that must feel on both ends.

  2. always 2 sides to 1 story

  3. That person is going to die with regrets, the worst death is an empty life.

  4. I hate hate hate the idea of this because for me being detained or caged just makes me freak the fuck out i can 't imagine how it would be to lose half your life for no reason

  5. i feel you man a life is something so unique and amazing and to WASTE it, its a true shame.ESPECIALLY when its at the hands of someone else.

like alright if you commit a crime with a lengthy sentence well all i gotta say is if you cant do the time, dont do the crime.
but when youre doin the time, and you aint doin the crime, its like WHAT.THE.FUCK.

  6. In cases like that does the person at least get compensation or something? Being unjustly locked up would be so infuriating...

  7. I hear ya, every time I hear a story like this it makes me rage.

  8. Ever heard of The West Memphis Three? They were 3 teenagers that were accused of killing and raping 3 young boys, although there was never any DNA evidence or physical evidence of any kind tying them to the crime.

They all sit in jail to this day, when DNA excludes them from suspects. The story is really good.

  9. It would be extremely unfortunate, and there is no real recompense for it.

However, on the other side, there is also the case that the guilty could walk free. Which is the lesser of the evils? I have no clue.

  10. There are 3.

One side, the other side and the truth.;)

  11. I've read that some states compensate up to $50,000 each year that they spent in prison wrongfully convicted.

Why anyone forgot of this video amazes me....... stone on

  13. i heard they actually can sue for a shit load of dough for that... this one guy got millions dollars after being locked up for 30+ years

  14. this is exactly what i would do. if half my life was wasted by our government/system i would be like an atom bomb. the second i got out i would explode on our government and make them pay for wasting half my life. and i probly wouldnt stop there hahah im a dick when it comes to payback/revenge.

  15. if you think about it now... sounds like he made a good flip :p... years no work living under legal slavery provided food.. then come out and be a millionaire.... now it only depends on if your you can survive in their.. its like stepping into a hyperbolick time chamber.. :smoke:

That pisses me off so fuckin much too. You cannot buy time. You cannot buy youth. You cannot buy missed memories. Im sure getting locked up changes you. The person who wrongfully imprisons someone should be imprisoned. Its wrong on so many levels.

And imprisoning people for a plant? That IS wrongful imprisonment. Its a fucking plant. WHO THE FUCK DECIDES THAT MOTHER NATURE IS ILLEGAL?

How absurd is a law that seeks to classify a plant as a crime, as if there was something feloniously wrong with nature.

  17. I would go apeshit if I was convicted for a crime I didn't commit.

20+ years in prison is plenty enough time to let a revenge scheme incubate. I'm not a vengeful or violent person, but someone's fucking head would roll if I spent years of my life wasting away, treated like a dog, for something I didn't do.

  18. I would probably do very violent things to the judge and jury that convicted me,if they are no longer alive I would go for their children.

Money could'nt quell my anger, only this would.

  19. I WONDER HOW SOMEONE WHO WAS IMPRISONED SINCE THE 1980S FEEL WHEN THEY COME OUT IN THE BIG 2011 AND SEE PEOPLE WALKING AROUND WITH BIG GLASS ELECTRONIC TABLETS AND WIFI....:p ITS THE FUTURE

  20. hell yeah man. i dont see how the government can put anyone in prison. who are they to take away your life? this world has been turned into a shit hole, these countries thinking they own the land they are on. the land is everyones land not just theirs. FUCK THIS WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it really is terrible but we are all brainwashed to accept the government when the government shouldnt even exist. idk just a thought on some high shit:smoke:
