Hi guys, so after i "accidentally" dipped 2 of my clones in a bleach solution thinking it would help my spidermite problem (which was solved a day later with a 9 dollar bottle of insectiside =/ ) i now have one remaining plant. please help me identify and fix this problem! in hydro under a 100w+62w cfl placed about 5-6 inches away on a 24/7 schedule temperatures generally around 70-85? dont have a thermometer yet but i have a 6" oscillating fan on top of the lights blowing the air out of a cracked door.. using a dwc with the water like an inch up on the net pots now since i have seen basically no change in growth over a week other than the yellowing of the leaves. is currently running spring water to flush at ph of 7, which generally is like 8 when i check it later? does the heat make ph increase too much? my containers are just some improvised ones i made for the stragglers left, ironic that it is my lone survivor. i have prepared a solution of half strength pure blend veg (7ml) and 5ml of calmag, should i put this solution in instead? attached are the pitiful pictures. nute burned badly, which im trying to fix... found this on my dead plants rockwool cube, is it fungus? they were in a different container.... but potentially could have infected my plant the other day when i was changing water carelessly. and the dead plants after i dunked them in the chlorinated pool....with some white hair all over the dead parts? should i just toss em?
Please stop making multiple threads on the same topic. Your pH flush should be down by 5.5 to be effective. You must lower it to that and quit bleaching them. For spider mites buy neem oil and spray them.
haha yeah im sorry i thought it didnt go through cause it would bring me back to the orig webpage. didnt see that it needed 2 be reviewed first till the 3rd time =). apologies. just flushed with 5.5. is there any particular reason my ph will go in like 5.5 then 4 hrs later itll be 7.5? ive begun ph adjusting it beforehand, letting it sit, and retesting again b4 i put it in.
