one branch at a time ?

  1. a friend's plant, growing outdoors, is wilting and dieing one branch at a time starting with the little branches at the bottom. the rest of the plant looks normal . they don't just wilt , they curl up and die , quick, the whole branch . i'm sorry , i don't know all the growing details like what he feeds them and such so i'm just hoping for some advise from someone who has seen this happen and what they did . thanks y'all
  2. You'll need to post pics for a solid diagnosis. That said, what you're describing can be caused by underwatering or insufficient light.
  3. plenty of water and it is outside in full sun . the plant is huge and very healthy looking except for the one or two branches at a time dieing. the whole branch at once , every leaf curls up and dies. i can't take pictures, sorry. i'm thinking "grubs" attacking the roots.
