Alright well, I just smoked a little to much and i'm getting nervous. I'm actually really high and have had a history with panic attacks before. So I know when I'm getting one and when I'm not. I go into the mindset and it sucks. But i've kinda learned how to avoid it if it starts hitting me. I just need somthing that will keep my mind off of it, by writing this it has helped, so thanks for listening.
I got over it fairly quickly, I was just tweaking. Since it's not my first I knew what to expect and that helped alot. My first ones were horrible and I wouldn't get over them quickly, it'd take about 2 weeks.
