On Diversion in KS...question

    I'm on adult Diversion in KS (near KC) for an MIP. I got off on really lucky terms, just one year, "random DT's", and 6 weeks of counseling. I goto college in OK so I'm wondering if he'll really call me and tell me to take a DT. It's already been a month and no DT so I'm really starting to question it. Any advice or anyone else been in my situation?

    Welcome to KS. Diversion here is a watered down word for parole.

    Can 20 year olds (I'm 18), not get an MIP? lol What else would you call it.

    I got an MIP in NE when I was 16, and they gave me random drug tests as well as breathalyzers. Just lay off 'til you're done, its not that hard. If you slip up and fail a test, you'll be in much deeper shit
