Some classic bifurcation. Very nice. Very common with many heavily human cultivated plants. I see it often in my peppers, as well as other things like variegation, fasciation, among other things. I love it.
I get this more with LED lights than with HPS, I'm sure: logically it would be the excess (N) that would cause the twisting, I've not seen with the HPS as the light would stretch the stem slightly, thus reducing any chance of mold cheers
