Old Weed... possibly mold?

    Alrighty, so basically i found a small nug in a prescription pill bottle around my room and was pretty psyched :yay: however, the nug is pretty old and now is very airy and crumbly. there isnt really a visual mold growing or anything, but i am very skeptical. the nug is just... idk, really airy as i said. i can rub it between my thumb and index to crumble it up really finely. i smoked a tiny bit (held the lighter to the bowl for a little while before covering the carb and inhaling, not sure if that makes any difference, but gave me some peace of mind at least) so far im pretty baked and feel fine. any opinions? btw, i will update to let you guys know if i start feeling adverse effects of any kind

    Yea if there isn't any visible mould then you should be fine. If not; you died doing what you love:smoke:

    Its just dried out, I only use a pill bottle if my weed's not gonna be in there for more than a day or so (I've found that my weed dries out quicker in a pill bottle than in a mason jar)

    If you really want to preserve your bud, (overly dry weed= less potent) buy a mason jar, your weed will last sooooo much longer
