My plants are 2 weeks and are growing the 3 leaves are they ready for nutrients yet or should i wait.
HELL NO!! lol you wanna wait til you get your 3rd or 4th set of nodes or leaves before you wanna use any nutes

No way. Second plant is looking quite pale already, a sign of nitrogen deficiency. Your pH is off. And like stated above their growth is stunted. Probably the effect of the cause of nutrient lock out, unsatisfactory pH
Ya i watered my plants for a week and a half with high ph water then i shocked them by giving them nutes early. And ontop of that my climate reached 95f by acident on various ocasions. But i have it fixed now im just trying to bring them back to growth state again
