Hate this place. We were the last state to get tattooing legalized... as well as many other things. I don't see marijuana laws changing for the better here anytime soon.

Florida is bad too. if you have More than 20 g, its a felony, up to 5 years, even if its your first offense. first offense in oklahoma it says any amount is a misdemeanor. get caught again its a different story.
holy shit! thats INSANE! for me it's a civil citation and a $100 fine for any amount under 100g- regardless of how many offenses. and a misdemeanor, $750 fine, and 30 days in prison for paraphernalia. i dont understand why you get in trouble for paraphernalia.. shops say "tobacco use only" so how come that loophole makes it ok to sell but not to own? but damn, it sucks in oklahoma! and weed must cost a LOT! what are the prices like down there?
