Okay about time I quit smoking due to acute bronchitis. What's as good an alternative?

    I have been smoking weed and cigarettes for more than 20 years now. I think my lungs are pretty done forth. I literally cough all the time and as I am getting older I really need to stop completely in order for my lings to recover.

    So I would just like to hear some personal opinions? Is there a method of consuming weed which is as good an alternative to smoking or vaping it. Cause as far as I know nothing beats the high of smoking weed, be it rolled or through a bong or vaping it.

    BrassNwood has some capsules. I make something just much less refined. The ritual of smoking is hard to replace. A beer maybe. Coffee. But as far as the high goes, these are the ultimate.
