Ok GC wtf this is rediculous

    I ordered a pipe from the shop on Dec. 25th, shipped the 31st.....

    Now its Jan 19th Almost a MONTH after order and almost 3 weeks after shipment still no delivery.

    And now due to an issue with your site I cant log into my account on the shop to check the order number on my order to complain to your support e-mail.

    I am extremely dissapointed in this site.

    They will get to you, site be having some troubles right now, they'll take care of you dude just fucking have some patience... it's a virtue.
     
  3. I recently had a similar problem. Apparently one of thier suppliers is having issues and it's slowing down thier processing speed.

    Have you lodged a complaint through the support e-mail address?

    As for issues with your account, use the "I forgot my Password" option to reset your password (it's just a short e-mail process) and that should fix your issue. I know sometimes I'm SURE I remember my password, but it won't work for me till I reset it. There's prolly just a typo in your original password.
