I ordered a pipe from the shop on Dec. 25th, shipped the 31st..... Now its Jan 19th Almost a MONTH after order and almost 3 weeks after shipment still no delivery. And now due to an issue with your site I cant log into my account on the shop to check the order number on my order to complain to your support e-mail. I am extremely dissapointed in this site.
They're based overseas dude, have some fucking patience. They will get to you, site be having some troubles right now, they'll take care of you dude just fucking have some patience... it's a virtue.
I recently had a similar problem. Apparently one of thier suppliers is having issues and it's slowing down thier processing speed. Have you lodged a complaint through the support e-mail address? As for issues with your account, use the "I forgot my Password" option to reset your password (it's just a short e-mail process) and that should fix your issue. I know sometimes I'm SURE I remember my password, but it won't work for me till I reset it. There's prolly just a typo in your original password. Hang in there!
