  1. I'm finally back home from a 10 day vacation. You got no idea how fucking thankful I am to be home. Don't get me wrong. I loved the trip but home is home, can't beat it.

Bud Head: I'm sorry we wern't able to hang out. Maybe next time. I loved it in the south. Though the locals say southern comfort is dying. It was refreshing to me. I think I now got a PHD in manners.

I went to Tenessee, Alabama and Georgia. Stayed with my brother for a few days in dickson, which was awesome since I hadnt seen him in over a year. Only downside was his cats... mainly the one that still has balls. Got to go to Lynchburg, TN. Which for those who have been living under a rock is the home to the Jack Daniels distillery. Best tour I have ever been on. Whether you love or hate JD, you'd still love the tour. You can tell that unlike most companies and employees they genuinely enjoy making the product. The JD distilling process has changed only once, and that was done by the man himself. It hasnt changed since. You have to respect the tradition. I also had some great food experiences. It's just too bad I missed out on a waffle house experience. Didn't go :(

  3. uhhh, not right of hand.

  4. Yea we have our sights to see..

got a phd in manners eh?? I hope they weren't to hard on ya!!!..

  5. Nah, not hard on me at all. But I certainly improved upon the consistancy of saying "thank you," or "Have a nice day." That and I talked to complete strangers while sitting around. It was very pleasent.

We went to a drive-in outside of Dickson where they show two movies. I don't know the name. Anyways it was a couple days into my trip. After the first movie was over a local came walking our way and was like "So how'd you guys like the movie?" Now to me, being the yankee I am, I'm not used to that. We're solitary people, keep to our own for the most part. So I was thinking "is he going to stab us or something?" But nah, he was just a nice guy striking up a conversation. You got no clue how alien that was to me. Through the trip I kept saying "That wouldn't happen at home..." Because there was so much that happened there, that would not happen in the north as far as social interaction was concerned. In some respects it was almost a culture shock. But I loved every minute of it. The south is my kind of place.

  6. Ah i finally get home from my 10 day holiday tomorrow. Everyone here in italy is very nice aswell, we even got free swims at the pool. A lto of people say hello to you whereever you go, which is not common in large cities like London.
