Ohio Plant Weight?

Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Indoors' started by zippy do da, Aug 14, 2007.

  1. Does anyone know how plant weight is determined under Ohio law? The NORML web site shows the law for dry weight, but how is a plant weighed (i.e. its processed, its put directly on scales, its a certain gram measure per plant like the feds do it, etc.) ? Different states figure weight differently and it doesn't do much good to know the penalty for, say, 100 grams if you don't know how they would determine what 100 grams is.

    Cheers :eek::D
  2. If you get busted they cut the plant and weight it, they dont take all the buds off and then weight it, they weight the stem and all, wet or not, they do not dry it out and then weight it, they weight it as is, when you get busted!
  3. and dont forget

    they will weight it in the bag also
  4. Wouldn't this likely mean that he should grow sea of green then so any weight is essentially bud? If plant number doesn't matter and they would weigh the fatty stalk and all it doesn't seem to make sense to grow big, fat plants. Might as well make any existing weight into bud.
