  1. ok some my friend adam is trying to convince me that White Widow is an "OG Chronic"
i promptly called him stupid and said no.
    am i right?
if so proof would be appreciated,i googled some stuff but nothing came up. wikipedia didnt help either.

  2. Slang is slang dude. How can it be og chronic if it's white widow? You don't even need to look anything up. Also, unless he grew it, or got it from a grower, or a reputable dispensary he doesn't really know what he has anyway.

  3. he saying its called White Widow OG and that there is no such thing as plain White Widow, which is fucking stupid and for some reason infuriates me...

  4. Try looking up places that sell seeds. Like attitude seeds bank, or the single seed centre, and search each site and see if you can find it. I know for a fact that white widow is actually a strain, because I have seeds of it sitting in front of me in a little pouch that came from the breeder, I've bought it at coffeeshops in Amsterdam, and several growers on this site grow it regularly. It's been around forever and it's one that gets crossed w/ alot of other strains because it's very stable.

You can probably, literally find 100 strains that are white widow crosses, I grew one called fruity chronic juice which is a white widoww/big bud cross.

There is also the problem that lots of strains are not commercially available, but you might find them in a dispensary. So as long as you're not in a medical state, or getting weed from someone who is, then the chances are that if you can't order seeds of it, then it's not real.

The real point however is that it's unlikely that he even knows what it is. Everyone puts a name on their weed, but the only people who really know what it is are growers and breeders, and even in those cases there's a possibility that they may have been deceived. And even then, it's not the name that's important anyway, it's the potency and the kind of high.
