  1. A lot of us out there are on probation and it really blows, especially when your being drug tested for a long time to come. maybe this thread will help some people on probation see that others have it 10x worse, and get some positive reinforcement. so come on i know it blows to talk about how long you will be without the herb for but its better then someone just replying that sucks and going on non-cho-lant to go smoke.

  2. yay finnaly some one thought of this:p
but im a deffinatly a seasoned toker, and use to smoke daily untill that terible day...

but i've been clean for almost two months now and i almost have all my shit done to complete probation, i think 2 months tops.

it wasnt really hard for me to stop smoking eather. but have been tempted to since i have a half O of dank and recently bought a new piece.... but i know i wont smoke it because i am expected to pass a DT every week or so.

but i roll several joints, blunts for friends each week. and i heard that the thc can be obsorbed through your skin or w/e but would that have any affect on the drug test??

  3. No it's only a minuscule amount being absorbed which would not show up on a drug test.

  4. yeah its like getting hit by a car, a drug testing car and your recovering till you can walk again... ( something like that ) it was weird one day i had a blunt pre-rolled for the next day.. and then no more smoking.

Well I changed my mind from earlier and i see it is hard to stay away from the herb if you do get arrested.
But try to break it down into weeks not months i think weeks are much easier to go by because it seems like time goes by quicker like instead of after each month the number goes down by 1 but if you go by weeks the number goes down by 1 every week also try to do something good of your time while not smoking. such as save some money for a huge ass sack the first day or start working out, find a job,get a girlfriend, bring your grades up.improve your life

  6. Just got off three years of probation in February. Not that probation stopped me from smoking it certainly slowed it down.

  7. I went to my first probation meeting today. I was arrested on October 15th, 2009 on charges of criminal attempt to purchase marijuana...which is a felony charge in the state of Georgia. I was trying to buy 1/4 of an ounce but was setup by some cops. If I had been successful in purchasing what i was trying to get, and had ridden down the road and was picked up for possession it would have only been a misdemeanor. So basically I got in more trouble for failing to commit the crime, than actually committing the crime. Kind of stupid huh? What's done is done though, the battle against the man is a hard one. 2 months after my arrest I graduated with my Bachelors. I had to wait 6 months before I even got my notice of arraignment...meanwhile I still have a pending felony on my record which has kept me from pursuing my career. I received help from the public defender's office, who was able to talk the D.A. for my county into offering me a plea bargain which placed me on a conditional discharge and reduced my charges to a misdemeanor count of Criminal Attempt to "Posses" marijuana, 1 year of probation, and a $1,000 dollar fine. The fine however will eventually blossom to over $2,500 dollars after all the court fees and other bullshit is tacked on. I have to pay $344.00 a month for the first six months of my probation. Even if I wanted to smoke and thought I could get away with it...I would never be able to afford it, especially considering I've got student loans to pay back as well. I haven't smoked since a week before I was arrested...going on 7 months now. Stopping that was the easiest part of the whole process. I'm just going to keep my head up, comply with my probation, and I'll be done right in time for 420 next year. Also, I'm pooling all my resources to get out of this military state they call Georgia; wanting to become a citizen of Oregon.

  8. im on probation only have it once a month tho so i can smoke the first week and leeve myself time to clean up

  9. I got off on 420 :D and 6-7months its going to feel like your very exact first time smoking.. its amazing worth the wait i love weed!

  10. That's the one thing I'm looking forward too, this time next year I'm going to buy the dinkiest dank that ever did stank, and I'm going to attempt to smoke a blunt of it to the head. Don't know if I'll be able to seeing as how my tolerance will be low by then. It'll be kind of nice though, wont take as much to get me blitzed this go around.

  11. I spent the last 3 years of my life on and off of felony probation and in n out of jail... but i've been off for a few months now.

Hold in there Blades, you'll eventually see freedom again.

AIN'T GUNNA PISS IN A CUP FOR NO MAN.. CUZ THATS THE ULTIMATE PERSONAL INVASION!

  12. I got caught in April 18th of 09 with 7 oz of medical marijuana from Cali. I live in Texas, so they wanted to give me 1 year in jail, and a felony charge. I got a good lawyer that talked to the DA and got me down to a Class A misdemeanor, 50 hours of community service, year of probation, and about 2 grand in fines. So not that bad in comparison to what they wanted to give me, but I only have about 4 months left on probation, and I am about to start my IOP classes so yay!

I think the first week or so was the hardest to not smoke but after that it gets way easy. I just dont think it is worth the risk to smoke during probation since I only have a year of it. Also it will allow me to get RIPPED in August.:D

I have 11 months left.....is this even possible???!!

I'm gonna try to not smoke the herb at all during...anybody ever done it and came out alive?

    I needz support :(

    Lets keep this thread going!!!

  14. I get off my year-long probation in 8 DAYS!!!! :hello: :hello: :hello:

Stay strong people. Luckily my PO was a dumbass and almost never tested me. I went clean for the first 3 months, but when I realized I wasn't getting tested, I started smoking again.

After this last summer, she began actually testing me though, so I started the 2 Weeks On/2 Weeks Off Method. I am able to get clean in about 2 weeks, and would get tested every month, so for the first couple weeks right after my test I would smoke, and then stop for the next two weeks in preparation for my next test. Worked for me.

This past month, since about the beginning of January, I have been clean since it's my last month of probation. It would suck to go 11 months and then fail a test. Better safe then sorry

  15. What kinda probation were you on?

  16. Im guessing it was unsupervised probation due to it just being a possession charge of mj.

Either way, at the beginning she told me she would test me monthly, which she obviously failed to do haha :p

So excited to get off probation and get rid of the cloud that was hanging over me for so long.

  17. I got tested once. It was dirty. Been on for... 16 months. Yeah, drugs never interfere with it. Kinda nice really, considering I might be on for a few more years... dunno
    we'll see
hah; been some hell... finally got my 50 hours done the other day. That's not really holding me back from getting off though. Eh, whatever.

  18. Congrats man! So you probably smoked like....maybe 20 times total throughout?

I'm on "inactive probation", which I assume is kinda the same as yours.

My po said "Well, its inactive, so no, you are not required to show for weekly urine tests. However is we feel you may be up to something, we'll call you in for a urine sample"

Basically, im expecting them to be fucking jewish and test me like, all the fucking time. So idk if I should even bother trying to smoke. I just want to see if anyone's ever gotten through an entire year of forced abstinence without losing their god damned mind.

  19. in my court papers I am supposed to hand over a test ever month. I did once last year. It was dirty. I've been fine. It really varies from PO to PO, sadly. It depends on your charges a little... but I had a friend who got diversion for trespassing and he was tested multiple times whereas a friend of mine was on drug court and he did so well in school and over-achieved with his community service that they never bugged him.
