Dude you and norml may find this interesting since you guys make homemade pizzas too. Apparently, you can toast your flour @450 for 20-35 minutes and get a deeper flavor more reminiscent of a true Neapolitan brick oven style pizza. I'm stoked to give it a shot, but haven't yet.
