Sorry this is slightly off topic, but does anyone have any experience in growing TRICHOCEREUS Peruvianus, San Pedro Cactus? I have 10 seeds right now, and would like as much input as possible regarding the start and continuous care of this cactus
Well, I'm not sure about starting from seed. I do have a San Pedro that someone gave me a cutting of about 6 1/2 years ago. It just keeps growing and growing. I really don't put a lot of care into it. I just planted the cutting into some soil, and make sure that it doesn't get too dry for too long. It does like to get dry for a couple of days though. It thrives in the hot dry summers here in Northern California.
