What would be the best way of keeping two 5-6" plants from stinking up my house during flowering? I'm going to do a bonsai grow and induce 12/12 from the get go so they probably won't get very tall. I'm growing some NL autos that are about 2' tall in a small closet and I barely smell them. I live in an open area and couldn't smell them at all unless I was in that closet so I left them alone. The room that the closet is in has an extra desk and a weight bench and a lot of free weights, so when ever company comes over I just lock that room up and spread out about 30 dryer sheets throughout the room. Makes the whole downstairs smell like clean laundry. If your growing something stinky, if your in an apartment, or if your just trying to really go low key then I can't help you there as I am a noob. But I'm sitting on the exact opposite wall of where they are right now and all I smell is Snuggle, so for a few small ones you may not need to do much.
A carbon scrubber + fan can be used alone in the middle of a room and it will eliminate the smell. Let's say your grow is in your bedroom, or basement, or whatever.... it will keep that room smell-free. I use a 4" fan/filter combo and it's so effective it keeps my entire basement smelling fresh... smoke and everything else I do down there. The reason people hook them up to grow boxes/tents is because it doubles as ventilation, but they can certainly be used alone in a room for odor control.
Cheapest way is a jar of ona gel or odor killer gel from discounthydroponics.com or a 5 gal bucket with a bottle of pinesol mixed with half water recommended and a small fan pulling air out with holes drilled in it. Here is a link on the pinesol bucket. Amazon has carbon filters with a fan also for 100 if you wanna go that route both of these options are $20 max! Easies way to make a scrubber for like $30 get a mesh pencil holder from the dollar store or Walmart for $1-3 and petco sells active carbon for $13 then get a pack of the blanket stuffing from Walmart it is like a sheet of cotton it looks like and usually like $10 or so and wrap your pencil holder in it dump the carbon into the pencil holder and attach it to your fan and start scrubbing lol

No prob depending on space you will need more but I have a 4ftftX6ft tent and that works perfect. Good luck.
