Ocd and weed

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by Tirehu, Feb 4, 2014.

  1. I have ocd and have had it for a long time. Sine i was 12 (Now 21) when i started smoking i was in school. Workedout 4 times a week and such.Weed was awesome at that time.. Really amszing..Remember getting high the first time after doing a bong hit. Choked like a monster. Spent 5 minutes just grtting over the choking.. When i calmed down i just sat down and waited.. I dident feel anything.. Until my friend asked me "Are you high?" And i just started smiling from esr to ear. Giggling like a mad man.Buying munchies for three..But now i dont work, school, workout and not really social..I dont feel that good when i smoke anymore.. I have gained like 12 kilos in fat the past year..Sorry for the bad englisg. I am NorwegianSent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum

  2. What are you trying to get at? lol

  3. Dont let weed be your excuse to all of your problems you just listed.  Go out and do something about it and if you cant handle these things anymore, STOP SMOKING WEED.

Everyone is different and if you cant handle it and dont enjoy it anymore, then stop.

  4. I know its my lazy ass that is the problem. But im wondering if weed and OCD is a bad combination in general. Or if i can start smoking once i get things sorted outSent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum

OCD…. can be anything from needing to have you desk specifically organized to severe ocd. where you go crazy if things are not done specifically to the way you want them. I still don't see the connection.

OP I'm in your place right now, was a scholar student, near magazine worthy body, very popular……. long story short I got "injured", have been using cannabis since to help me deal with the pain. No cannabis = me in the bed, sadly. Due to this I've not been able to hold a job, been lacking the the gym department, and I can only focus 100% of my energy to my studies (as I believe that is the most important thing right now).
Sometimes I think it's the cannabis…… but I KNOW it is not. It's my injury. But I have to deal with it, and learn to do everything I need to do while managing my injury.

This is how I feel,  I wake up…in pain, while most wake up ready for a day of hard work. I get through the morning and get my work done. The average person get's there work done and are ready to workout. I finish my work and am now dealing with my pain. Average person now does more work then goes to the gym. I do more work, then go straight to pain management. I realized one thing, as the great one put's it… "What's your name?"…."Well my name is K…" …."IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOUR NAME IS." ….. If you didn't get that pun, well, nobody gives twosh1ts about what you are going through, you just have to pick yourself up and do what everyone else does. That's it, YOU have to deal with your problems, no one else really cares, your employer want's their work done and that's that.

Now I don't know what your "excuse" is for being in the situation you are in… (don't take offence, I think ANYTHING is an EXCUSE)….but I hope you get some motivation from me. And Good Luck overcoming your problem.
