Obscure businesses that would boom

  1. If marijuana was legalised, which types of business (besides the obvious) do you think would flower unexpectedley?

My guess is advertising would be huge...can someone say a whole new line of dorito commercials targeted at the "Teenage Population"? :smoke:

  2. I dont think anything would "boom" but i think most businesses that are already popular with stoners would be more open about it. I think the majority of the people who would smoke pot when its legal already smoke.

  3. I know, this wasn't intended to be that serious, more of a joke really, I was just wondering what creative ties people could make into pot references, like commericals targeted soley at curing the munchies :D

  4. Commercials can't be aimed at teens, its going to be 21 minimum to buy....

I say Arnold Palmers are going to sky rocket in sales.

  5. i had an idea that would make some mad dough

open a resturaunt that where all the food is cooked with weed so you get high from it, and it would double as a dispensary..tell me that would not be a stoner heaven

  6. Dude! you'd sell so much food!!!!

  7. Have you ever tasted food cooked with weed though? :p

  8. Sorry, not original. Except the dispensary part, but of course that's been done too, just not combining the two.

  9. im not going for original, but not everyone is going to go to denver to go there

  10. True, and it depends on the type of food you would serve. Anything in mind?

  11. i would think a bad ass bakery that served everything with weed in it would be awesome. think of the business you could get selling cherry pie loaded with kush. or sick ass cakes 4 layers tall, each layer loaded with a different weed. you could have joints as the candles haha.

  12. The nutter butter business.

  13. They already have vending machine dispensaries, and of course marijuana-laced soda's, so I figure soda machines pumping out this shit would become popular.

  14. More than just the smokeable cannabis business would boom...

Whoever got the patents of hemp plastics would make billions... same with many other hemp textiles... paper, clothing, etc. Ethanol made from hemp would run Exxon and Citgo out of business. Foods made from hempseed would create vast new markets and jobs. The hemp farming business would boom to help supply all the hemp for all these new products.

Cannabis/hemp legalization would basically change the entire world as we know it... hemp would run major corporations out of business and it would allow just about every nation (nations that can grow cannabis that is) to be on equal grounds financially.

This is why it's illegal... not because the government doesn't want you to get high... but because the richest, most powerful corporations in the world would be out of business in a matter of years by a renewable resource that can be produced just about anywhere.

  15. If it were legal i would open up a drive through convenience store. That's right, you can order your 2 Reese's Peices, large chips and a slushee and you dont even have to leave your car.

I always wish someone would open something like that near me...

  16. anything that could be cooked with cannabis. but not everything would be cooked with it. like i would have a steak dinner, with mashed potatoes and maybe another side and a drink, and i would have the mashed potatoes be the food with cannabis since thc is fat saluable i would make the milk with the thc, putting the milk into mashed potatoes..now..im not sure if thats exactly how it goes. but i figure i go to culinary school, go to some place like oaksterdamn and learn as much as i can and try to put the two together. i love food, i love cooking food, and i love cannabis...why not incorporate them if possible?

  17. Maybe then we can stop killing trees and all paper be made of hemp Thats what I think should happen
