I watched it, Mr. Chicken. He's clearly not using a teleprompter but he's not the President of the USA. Do you not understand the amount of work that this job as President of the USA entails? The Presitent's speeches are partially written by speech writers/partially written by Obama and given final approval by Obama and his team. He doesn't have the time to memorize his speeches. The job of President of the USA is a 24 hr a day job, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Even when at Camp David, he has work lined up. If President Obama can save time and get some important work done by using a teleprompter - I have no problem with it.
