    I read the article and it makes perfect sense. You ask any cop, anywhere, which drug they would rather arrest someone on; a drunk aggressive, falling down type or a guy stoned who is trying hard to be cooperative, but is funny as shit in the process.
     
    OBAMA knows the baby is out of the womb and it isn't going back in.
