  1. I didn't vote for him at all. Why should he be entitled to US taxpayer funds? What's the potential for future blowback?

  2. Blowback you say? Why that concept is foreign to me. :p

Sounds like we're trying to buy off the Muslim Brotherhood, in Egypt - which isn't a bad idea considering that as bad as they are, there's worse that could take their place. If it's loans, they should be made to pay back the principle, with interest - unless there's a good reason to forgive their debt.

The New American, which published the OP article, is owned by the John Birch Society so don't expect them to ever mention anything good about anybody other than the ultra-right lunatic fringe.

  8. Well hardly to the same degree of extremism. :p :smoke:

  9. Is there something wrong with words like 'fact' and 'opinion'? Why the need for 'extremism' and 'lunatic fringe'?

  10. Well irregardless of what is said about my sources. What I posted was the truth. Although those of us who have been on the politics forum for a while should be used to all sorts of "conspiracy theories" being proved true. Politicians conspire all the time so does government and big business if people deny this they are lying to themselves.

  11. Fuck that, I don't believe in war, but israel needs to stop telling the middle east what it can and can't do. They have no right to be there in the first place.
