    This is a GIANT step forward! So many states are going to follow, the only way I can see this not helping is if someone really screws up big time and it will reflect on everyone who uses the marijuana.

    What you dont know is he was drunk when he said that, next week he will wake up and realize what hes done and start the OBANACANNABIS and give DEA the green light to raid shops, they also have the authorization to shoot any dogs in sight, scare any children in the vicinity, arrest fathers, hand cuff mothers and sexually assualt them, not iddentify themselves, taze crying babies and oh of course shoot on sight if guns are present no survivors.
