Obama Drug Policy Calls for Drugged Driving Charges for Unimpaired Marijuana Users

  1. When we all stand up for ourselves. But until then, we will only have a nation of people complaining about whats happening, at the same time doing nothing to change it. The Government is here to serve us, not the other way around. Laters:smoking:

  2. Bah... more crap from the Obummer administration... they're just as bad as the last.... and I don't see it getting better until people start pulling their heads out of their asses

  3. This is absurd and a violation of rights in my opinion if they try and enforce similar rules across the board.

How would this work for MMJ states? Would you still be prosecuted for having metabolites in your system even though you're legally allowed to contain them?

Metabolites are not a very accurate indicator of time of consumption therefore how would they be able to prove you were under the influence when in control of the vehicle? I would assume that they wouldn't enforce a zero-tolerance type rule in any MMJ state but the gov't is never very logical with most policies.

    And hey, how about this?
Why doesn't Obama stop making appearances on SNL, Larry King Live, and just about every other media outlet and actually do something productive for the country?

We only have the worst oil spill/ocean disaster we've ever encountered and his administration has yet to do ANYTHING except close down even more industries, make TV appearances and stall answers.

I don't think it's obscene to expect the President of the United States to actually be hard at work FOR THE COUNTRY AND ITS PEOPLE, not just living a celebrity lifestyle doing bidding for whoever controls the largest cash flow.

  4. There was already a thread for this same topic I believe.

  5. I don't think anyone should get that pissed about it. I think that as long as you passed the roadside sobriety test you'd get off fine. If you can't pass it then they'll probably want the urine sample. Just handle your shit while you drive.

And check this out. This guy told the cop he smoked weed earlier that day. He passed the RS tests and he got let off.

  6. Uh, easy there man. The answer to fixing your "problem" of different conviction rates is probably a lot worse than you would ever imagine.

Repeat after me: Nationwide Federal DUID law.

At least right now we still have the freedom to move to another state that doesn't have a DUID law.

Besides, there's really only one logical reason that Obama or anyone else for that matter is treating MJ so harshly(as compared to other "harder" drugs like heroin, coke, etc.)

It's because the MMJ movement has actually shown to be a threat to the "system"(healthcare profits), and since Obama is part of that same "system", the threat must be dealt with.

This issue back in the 1930s was all about greed back then, and it continues to be all about greed now. Don't be fooled for a second that MJ laws have to do with anything else.

  7. Do MJ laws actually create criminalisis?
I go shopping, I am high, feel good, behave normally, no one knows.
I would have to go to jail, my property dumped no one cares, when I come out of jail where to go, the whole thing costs the gov $100,000-

just in an attempt to correct my BAD BEHAVIOUR, being high and doing shopping and having a good time, and TO SPREAD FEAR so that other people would be staying away from MJ.

Sometimes i read people go to church, and repeat Oh Lord forgive us our sins, Oh let us forgive the people who parished us badly so that our sins can be forgiven us. Oh Lord forgive us our enourmous misdemeanours. Praise the Lord Halleluja!

Not joking I went to church sometimes. I am not really against them apart this unethical punishment this whole Jesus thing That The Lord loved Us so much that He gave his only Son to Save Us Halleluja and Amen.

I am not joking. I am not a druggie. I am not high right now. I am not a Socialist.

Seriously. I eat very mannerly, sometimes straight from the package who cares, sometimes using chopsticks. Man Oh yeah, that's so cool. Can U do that?

I DO NOT HURT SMALL INSECTS OR ANIMALS because it's useless and I consider it a misdemeanour and bad discipline.

I DO NOT WASTE FOOD- think this corn plant grows and grows enjoys the sun, and we just bin it and waste it. Actually when I drop some dried toast or when it has the mould, I feel bad for the plants- all their growth was useless.

Maybe you laugh, it does not matter C'mon we slaughter animals or let them have slaughtered. OK I am also participating using these foods but it seems somehow akward.

So u see I am not a junk or a druggie neglecting myself and not caring about anything spreading STD as well maybe.

    THE F***

People just use MJ in their private lifes, have a few plants, are high and having a good time, and THEN THE POLICE COMES, treats them harshly, searches everything, takes them into custody, rips off their possessions, and MAYBE THEY'LL EVEN GO TO JAIL.

    THAT IS GROSS.

Obama the guy- yea. listen. LEGALIZE THE MJ NOW.
THEN, we start to talk to make policies about driving cars when being drugged, operating heavy machinery, and the like.
MAKE IT LEGAL TO USE MJ (not to abuse), and to be allowed to work.

I mean it is OK to say: "If someone is actually high, he or she might not fully be able to drive on a highway or to operate heavy machinery, or to take responsibiliy for others".

The sad thing is that also many regular people are making bad descisions on daily basis, harassing, just spreading s*it, and causing damage.

A LAW that fortifies: MJ USAGE = BAD/DEBILATED/STUPIFIED character, NO MJ = normal, sane and fully able to make descisions for others is a NONSENSE LAW.

there is no correlation. It must be decided on a case-by case basis.

Can you come, and take away that evil car from that bad gang, they drive around and spread fear? You should, Obama guy, just for two weeks, just to show them a little justice. Can you take away the MERCEDES from that rich guy who just has it for no purpose does not even use it for driving? OK we live in a free country, right? He or She could have 20 Mercedes if it would appear as appreciate. How many MERCEDES do you have? Here is another one, get a just ordinary car, or use the subway. Sounds creepy to you, Obama, using the subway, people would be blocking up the whole environment, and you would not feel safe? Or something security might happen.

But we must use the subway, right? You are the #1 important guy. Now, can I smoke one in the subway? Or use it when I am high? Would that be too much demanded? Paint the whole thing with MJ illustrations. Here comes the MJ express train car, smoking MJ is good for U.

No seriously. The priests have been able to do this paddo thing for decades. It is evident the church hushed it up as well, relocated the priests, and they did it again. No matter if some of the kids even wanted it.

I DO NOT TAKE THEM SERIOUSLY ANYMORE.

And I say, they have been doing it all the time, not just now.

  8. Change is only good when it makes things better, Mr. Predsident.

  9. BARRET .50 CAL

    nuff said

  10. This is exactly what might happen nationwide, its ridiculous. I cant believe how absurd the situation is when it comes to MJ, and to think I would have voted for Obama if I could vote sickens me. I hope someone takes up that .50 cal suggestion made before me and puts it to good use.

Maybe then we can have a responsible president, one that abides by the Constitution and all that good stuff. Gary Johnson, maybe?

  11. It doesn't really worry me so much because 1) I don't drive around with my car smelling like weed and 2) the one time a cop did smell weed I was honest with him and told him yeah I smoke but I wasn't high any more. He let me go. As long as you don't give the cop a hard time, treat him with respect, and (as racist as this sounds) you're white, you're good to go.
