Oatmeal Pot Cookies (soft-ish)

Discussion in 'Weed Edibles' started by Herbert Von Bud, May 5, 2011.

  1. Might as well contribute here

these cookies are great i found one that had been sitting in a cookie tin for like 2 weeks and it still wasnt as stale as many pot cookies i have had.

    1 cup cannabutter
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teapspoon baking soda
    1.5 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 cups flour
    3 cups quick oats.

    1. In a mixing bowl cream together butter and sugars (helps if butter is warmed first). Beat in your eggs one at a time then stir in vanilla.
    2. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a seperate container and stir into mixture.
    3. mix in your oats and chill (while your chilling, refridgerate your dough for an hour)
    * if you want raisins or chocolate chips, chuck a cup in the mix now

Now you have your cookie dough!

Crank your oven up to 375 and make walnut sized balls of dough and place them on a very gently greased piece of parchament paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until your cookies are done.

For me they did not drop very much in the oven so i had to squish them into premade cookie shapes and then cook them

also my oven SUCKS and sometimes i have had to 'flip' my cookies (like you flip a pancake) to make sure they were cooked through without just being burned, but thats my oven not the recipe.

Thank you. I like this recipe, i can make about 24 cookies with it, or slightly more if I make them the walnut size. Im sure there are better cookie recipes but this one is really cheap, easy and i bet you already have the ingredients.
