I believe that it is in a more decriminalized fashion. Up to 25 grams equates to a fine or ticket. Anything more then involves arrest, but this is what I understand
By State Constitution, NYPD was NEVER ALLOWED to arrest marijuana offenders in the first place. It was decriminalized years ago, but the local mafia (NYPD) doesn't give a shit about the law. Thank you for the post.
