ok i just want an answer here....im gonna be trying out nutmeg pretty damn soon and i want to know if buying the shit thats already a powder and puttin it in capsules will work....or are whole nutmegs that much better? thanx
fresh and unground nutmeg would be best...but powder works fine. I wouldn't recommend it though..whole or ground...nutmeg trips are shitty as fuck
