So here are pictures. One of my plant taken a few days ago and one of the food i just bought.. Today marks the 31st day of the lights being on 12/12 and II have lower leefs turning yellow! I also want to increase yield inthe last few weeks of flowering. I was told ion my other thread to get some bloom busters, this is whatI came up with from the local greenhouse! My question is simple. Seeing my plant and knowing lower leaves are turning yellow everyday. Will I benefit from using this food?? IS this a good idea at this stage? wIll it help the yellowing and increase my yield?? Thanks
That food will be great for your plants. I'm actually kind of surprised you found food so high in P, and still a decent amount of N as well. (P for flowers, N for leaves.) I'd start at half strength to see how your plants react to it, and to make sure nute burn won't be a problem. Next time you water check the pH of the run off to make sure it's right around 6.8. If it's too high or low, lockout may of occured and your plants may not be getting all the nutes they need, which would lead to the yellowing you described. Give it a go, and let us know how they're doing. Happy growing!
thank you for your response! I really appreciatte the help. So I just fed the plant at half strength. Ill appears normal with my plant within the next few days what type of schedule should I continue to use this food on? every week? Bi weekly?? Im in the 6th week of flowering already and think I will hit my harvest window within the next few weeks. so IS my time really limited will tis be my only time to feed the bloom busters?? Thanks
Considering you shouldn't feed your plants any food in the last 2 weeks of flowering, I'd say time is a factor. How big are your pots? If you are using a decent sized bucket, then obviously you'll be watering/ feeding less frequently. I'd say to give them half strength nutes when you water once a week for the next 2 weeks or so. Then do not continue to feed after that, because you won't want that shit in your smoke. Just plain water for the remainder of flowering. (Probably just 2 weeks max after that.) If my math is correct, that should put you at about 10 weeks flowering, which depending on which strain you're growing, should be the end of the road. Keep that stuff around for your next grow, cause I bet your yields would be a lot higher if you had gotten your hands on it sooner. Keep us posted.....Peace.
you could try useing sweet and water, then the last 2-3 days keep the light's off you should get some heavy res bud's. also remember your plant is annual so yellowing at the end of the life cycle is norml
