not working out for 2 weeks

  1. So today I really don't want to go to the gym. I haven't not gone for no reason yet so this will be a first. Anyways the problem is next week my gym is closed and I'll be away anyways. So the next time I work this muscle group will be 12 days from now. Will I lose any muscle size or definition, and also will i not be able to lift as much when I get back?
     
  2. Prolly not just stay active and do some lunges, dips, pushups, crunches to keep yourself in the regular habit otherwise youll start slacking
     
  3. I decided to take a month off from the gym. I did lose a little muscle mass, but what ive noticed the most is my strength has gone down considerably. 2 weeks should be fine, but any longer i wouldn't reccomend it, especially if your trying to bulk.
     
  4. I wouldnt take two weeks off.. I would take those two weeks and cut off some bf, eat a -500 deficit and do some cardio/high rep body weight exercises
