Hey guys not to sure whats going on with my plant but all my seedling are doing the same thing out of nowhere. A bit of background . I have multiple strains running in 3 gallon pots of pro mix bx using half a teaspoon of mega crop per gallon. With a 450 watt led at half power above them. I have been dealing with fungus gnats since my last grow and hadnt really been a big deal but recently found a bunch of thrips on my plants. So I grabbed some scotts bug be gone concentrate and made a batch with a touch of dishsoap added to mist the plants. Now im not sure if overwatering is the cause for this as I used to use coco and now switched to soil but the leaf tips are green but crunchy not sure what is causing this some pics included. Also I phd the water ive been using to about 6 after mixing then let it rise abit over a day or two since I use so little water on the seedlings. Attached are some pics.
hey i have seen others with this similar leaf issue. Most of the time it sounded like an overwatering issue mixed with humidity but not 100% sure. The tips have stayed green and have not turned brown at all?
Also i dont tend to use nutrients during seedling stage as it can cause issues to the plants early such as nute burn. Have you had success in the past feeding mega crop in seedling stage?
They have sort have gone brown but more or less stayed a shade of green and gone crispy. I may back off the mega crop for abit ad ive never used it and just seen stuff saying to use have a teaspoon per gallon during seedling phase but could still be too much do I may hold back for a week or two before giving them any more . Also think overwatering could be the case as since holding off they have since gotten better. Not really too sure how much water I should be giving each 3 gallon pot and how often since it first ti.e in soil.
