ok, so here is a pic of one of my baby's. the stem coming out of the soil is about an inch long before the leaves form. is this right, shouldnt the stem be longer, or do i have runts. my other plant is about the same height. the plant is 2wks old today. leaves look good, and light has been about 1" away about the whole two wks...thoughts?
sign of a good healthy plant m8 - flower it at 12" & it will be lovely & bushy by then. Don't forget to spread & tie it down as it grows
That's 150w, not 150w incandescent equivalent which is really ~42w, right? Short and bushy is good, keep that up. But what soil are you using? She's all wrinkly.
using scotts potting soil, only wrinkled leave are the btm two, but all seems to be going well so far. yeah, i have 2 150cfls, which equate to 42wts each
