Not seeing sex

    Hey folks I did a test on a couple of plants
    I topped them at 5 weeks of veg and then moved them to bloom right away
    they are growing nice but I see no signs of sex after 2 weeks in bloom I see new leaf growth but no sex glands
    some of the plants I have in veg still are staring to show sex organs

    a couple pictures would have been good to see ,,,but some strains are quicker than others at showing sex sativa dom plants seem to be slower at showing sex than indica dom plants ,,,mac,,

    Will try to get pic tomorrow had a hard time getting focused when doing a close up
    and these are US (unknown seeds)

    cant really see i can see some thing growing where Calyxs or pollen sac will grow but picture is blurred .even worse cant see any thing when i make picture bigger ,,heres a couple of pictures that may help you ,first picture female ,second picture male female-preflowers-cannabis-sm.jpg male-pollen-sacs-cannabis-sm.jpg ,,mac,

    I just dont see anything - maybe I stunted them when I topped them and then moved them to 12/12 too soon. I will see something eventually ...

    They are not old enough at 5 weeks to flower and you set back the flowering a couple of weeks because of the topping. Be patient, they will flower when they are ready if kept under the 12/12 schedule.

    They will typically show at the fourth node first

    Yeah - have two now that are def. FEM and one that was def Male
    Still have 5 more left to sex - not seeing anything yet on them - but I stunted them so expecting slow growth

    Not saying that this is the issue that you are experiencing, just an issue that I had run into myself. I had some very small light leaks in my flower tent that I did not notice until I sealed myself inside with the lights off. As soon as I sealed off all of the light leaks, and put tape over any LED diode for something like a fan or power strip, and it was almost completely dark, two days later all four of my plants had sexed. Just something to check next time around if you're having this problem again.

    that was part of my problem not leaks but a bad timer was cutting in and out for the two weeks of veg

    yeah - between topping the week I moved over to bloom and then the light issue I think they may be slightly stunted - luckily this is my test batch of Unknown bag seeds - free - I have some dark helmet, purple indica and reclinigbuddha / strawberrycough - all started now for the actually first grow
