Not much bud, but most of the trichomes have turned amber. Should i harvest? (100%sativa)

  1. It is a bagseed and my first grow. Judging by the pics, should i harvest?(also i meant pistils and not trichomes) IMG20200102011630.jpg IMG20200102011613.jpg IMG20200102011602.jpg

  2. Its been in flowering for around 3 months.
But the buds have started getting bigger a week ago or so. But the pistils are mostly amber.

  3. Pretty sure that's ready

  4. Pinch a piece and flash dry and toke it up

  5. And look for what ? I already have done it a week ago, i quick dried using an oven and the high was there, tho it smelled like grass(smelled like fruity mangoes before being quick dried).

  6. If the high is there, then dry it and cure it. That might gentle down the taste a bit. If it still tastes harsh, you might want to get advice on how to flush and finish your grow before harvest.

  13. Risks of self-pollination aside (which I understand to be higher in sativa strains, so that's good looking out), doesn't waiting longer cause the plant to metabolize some of the THC to CBN, altering the high?

  14. Bruv, if I'm reading the room correctly, the verdict is to chop chop a week ago XD

  15. Lol thanks, but it's not that late as to ruin the high in a significant way. Right ? And thanks again everyone.

  16. Any quick off the top in a cardboard box drying and mason jar curing tips you fellas can give me ?

  17. CBN gives weed a more sedative effect. Your guess is as good as mine.

  18. Something i was wondering ,

How much light is that plant getting
And where are you checking the trichomes at ?

  19. Its an outdoor plant and it gets plenty of light.
Checked them last week on the bud structures and a lotta them were cloudy. Itt i didn't mean trichomes but was referring to pistils.
